Play the Newlywed Game

Do you remember the old game show the Newlywed Game? If not the premise of the show was to see how much each couple new about each other. They were awarded point for each right answer and then the couple with the most points won, usually a trip somewhere. Now I am sure you cannot offer yourself a trip but it is fun to see how much you know about each other. Sit down sometime and write out questions to ask your partner. Have you partner do the same then exchange the papers and write down your answers to each question. Then together go over each question and see if your partner can pick which answer to gave. Make the question multiple choice to see if your thoughts are lining up. Have some good laughs and learn about your partner who knows maybe one day these will actually help you win a trip.

Women time for you to be romantic.

Women when you think of romance what do you envision. Candle light dinner, walks on the beach, making love under in a dim lit room, might pop into your head. Spring Training for Romance

With spring right around the corner it is time to get your romance in shape for the coming good weather. Things like walks, outdoor activities and cookouts are almost here. Are you ready to start sharing these things with your partner. Do you know what they like cooked on the grill, do you have areas of your community picked out for your warm weather walks, and do you have a list of outdoor activities planned for the two of you. You need to have a plan in place so that when you get a day with excellent weather you are ready and don't sit around wondering what to do. Keep an eye in your local paper for festivals and events that will start popping up and are great outdoor activities. One of the first signs of spring you might think are flowers but the local youth baseball players will hit the field first. Go out and attend a game even if you don't have any children you will get a good feeling after you watch a game of 5 year olds play. Valentines Day fun!

Okay today I am going to tell you a fun little game to play with your partner on Valentine's Day. We call this one search for my heart. What you do is get some construction paper and cut it out into hearts. Next you need to plan out several area's of your house where you can hide clues. Places like the refrigerator, dryer, or underwear drawer for examples. Next you put clues on the hearts you cut out of the construction paper. You can make them as hard or easy as you like one example might be if you are going to hide one in the dryer you might write on the heart, "If I wanted you to tumble my underwear it might be in here" Lead the person all around your house with these clues then with a red washable marker draw a little heart on your body that is the x that marks the spot. If you want to be intimate you might put the heart near you genitals or if you can just put the heart on your chest. To start the hunt out give your partner a card with the first clue inside. You could also purchase several little presents and put one at each clue to add a little more excitement to the game. You could plan your evening out this way, get a coupon for your favorite restaurant, followed by a ticket to a romantic movie, then a bottle of wine, ending with a pair of sexy underwear. I think they will get the idea!!!

Pick out your own gift.

Does you partner have a gift that they want more than anything this Christmas? Do they have something that you can't pick out for them or they need to try on before you purchase it for them? That is okay you can do this for them and still make it a surprise. Once you have the item you need to think of an interesting way to wrap it, be it in a huge box or in a odd shaped package. Once you have it wrapped make a game of it with your partner and see how many presents they have to unwrap before they find it. You could even wrap up some dummy presents as I call them, thing like clothes that are theirs or something so silly no one would possibly want it like some giant sunglasses or an alarm clock that squirts water. If you partner has an idea of what they are getting from you for Christmas then it is your job to still make the unwrapping of presents fun and exciting. With that in mind you can start making your strategy on how you are going to fool your partner with your wrap job now.

Romance Game

Here is a simple game of romance. Take turns telling each other what you feel is romantic. Be it places to go, or just things to do together. Start out slow maybe saying "I think the most romantic place in the world is...." Then the next person says their feelings on the subject. Elaborate on each output and tell why you thing it would be romantic. This is a great way to get to know your partner better. You would think you would only have to play this game once. Well I am here to tell you, that you should make a point to play it at least a couple of times a year. People change and as we get older so do our needs and wants. So at 18 I might think making love on the beach would be the best thing ever. Now that I am old I think about the sand and where it would end up. Nothing is set in stone, make notes but use a pencil as the changes happen.
