Since both of those areas are focal points of our interest any way it would be silly not to incorporate them into our challenges. Well this challenge is one of our best if it might only help one person detect cancer early enough for successful treatment it will all be worth it. A surprise in their Shoe?

What is the last thing anyone puts on before going out for the day? Your shoes of coarse. So today's romantic tip is to slip a little excitement into your sweeties shoe. It doesn't have to be something expensive, I am sure jewelry would be appreciated. Things like their favorite candy bar, or tickets to a show later that evening would be nice. Think of things that would fit into their shoes without being able to see them. Imagine their face with they find something in their shoe when they try to slip it on. An old picture of the two of you could be a nice touch, an invitation to dinner or even a brand new pair of sexy panties might set their heart beating faster.

The important thing is to let them know you are thinking about them. The will understand that some planning had to go into this venture and will be delighted you put the extra effort into it. If their shoes are in bad shape maybe a gift card for some new ones. The ideas are as open as you are. So start thinking now of something foot sized that would make your partner feel special. Look at a scenario concerning dating;

You look across the room and there he or she is. This person has a warm smile, pretty face and looks great physically. Your mind begins to consider what your eyes are looking at and you smile back. You like what you see. Then you move on and open your mouth. A brief conversation occurs (you both giggle a bit, smile a lot) and you find yourself asking if this person would like to meet you for coffee or breakfast to just talk. They say yes.

You just made a date!

What is the definition for dating? What does it mean? Different people have different meanings for what it means to them. Here is a general definition;

Dating. The practice of going out with someone to have company and companionship with, oftentimes with the goal of seeking a permanent lifetime partner.

Dating has been around for centuries. People have used dating as the main way to meet someone of the opposite sex. It keeps your options open and is a good way to find people who are compatible with you.

Here are some reasons people look for someone to be with:

1) Friendship date - someone who you know and are comfortable in their presence. You call them up to just hang out, maybe no real agenda.
2) Eye Candy - this is the person you ask to go out with you when you want to be seen with someone stunning on your arms.
3) Sex Partner - this is the person that you find is good in bed. People who arrange for these types of dates typically only want one thing. Once that has been satisfied the partner can go on their own way.
4) Dance Partner - this person is the one you go out with to party. They love to dance and do the whole party scene so you can go out on a "night on the town"
5) Fun Partner - this person you call up when you are just lonely or need some company. You may have no special place to be and not want sex, just company.
6) Finding a life partner - We call this "dating to mate" where you are looking for that marriage material date.

The only way you can get to know someone is to go out with them, spend time with them and get to know them better. People tend to be on their best behavior when you first meet. It is only after spending time with them do you get to see who they really are. You can go and have some fun.

Random Act of Kindness

It's time to take some action. Hopefully your relationship is strong and if not, it's time to put that aside for a bit and help someone else. If you look around, I am sure you can find someone not far from you that needs help. The older woman down the street that can't mow her yard very well, the family where both parents are unemployed, or maybe it's just your grandmother that can’t get out to the store very easy. I am sure when you start thinking about it there are several people around you that could use a boost up. Sometimes helping someone else is the best way to help ourselves.

My wife has told me several times about how lucky we are compared to some of the other couples she runs into. I agree with her. Sure there are a lot of things we would like to have, but we don't need them. Go out and do something for someone else with no expectations of a return. I think they call them random acts of kindness. Help someone load his/her groceries in to the car, stop and help someone with a flat tire, clean out your closet and donate all the clothes that you don't wear to charity. If you really think about it, we have an over abundance and it might even seem to others as if we are very rich when we see ourselves as unfortunate.

How can this help my relationship you might ask? Well if you’re asking that question, maybe you’re not ready to complete this activity. You should get a great sense of pride helping other people. That is the reward. Put that into a situation where both of you work together to help someone and you both get that feeling. Sharing that feeling with your partner is worth more money than you could ever make. I would love to hear about the two of you and how you helped someone out, so don't be shy. I believe that many people (including me) have this problem sometime in their lives. You like someone, to the extend that you want to get into a serious relationship with him/her. BUT, on the other hand, you are afraid that confessing your love might ruin even the chance of being friends.

Well, worry no more. Because statistics have shown that when someone is romantically attracted to you, they unknowingly give out certain signals. All you need to do is to identify these signals of love!

Body Language and Other Signals That Could Mean Love

Sometimes being able to tell if someone is interested in you is easier than you may think. If you know the signs to look for you can learn if that guy or girl is focusing on you or simply watching the traffic drive by. One of the best things to watch is the person's body language and you can discover if they are interested in you...or just your best friend.

Does their body language exhibit the telltale signs that give their thoughts away? Could this person be in love with you? Look for the signs that say it all. If they are finding you fascinating they will move in closer when they talk with you or walk with you. You will notice that they look at you when they talk and they focus on your face, especially your eyes. They will lean toward you during conversation. They will also unknowingly touch their face, particularly their lips. Women will play with a lock of their hair if a person has piqued her interest.

If a woman has her legs crossed and has one shoe dangling on her toes you have attracted her interest. Women who play with their straws at dinner also find their companions interesting.If a woman has her lips parted or uses her tongue to moisten her lips she is signaling an attraction to her partner. While some people learn to use body language and body signals deliberately, most of these actions occur spontaneously and we do not control them.

Both sexes will reach during conversation to touch the other person's arm or hand. The eyes are a dead giveaway to their thoughts though and that is why prolonged contact occurs between two people who are interested in each other. If the chemistry is there the sparks can fly and the eyes are very aware. Did you realize that pupils will dilate when someone is attracted to another person? This is a great way to know for sure if the person is interested in you, because this is a body response that no one can control.

There are other tell tale signs that can show you that someone loves you. They want to please you and they will find special things to do to show you this. If someone is bringing you flowers, candies or other items it is always flattering and appreciated, but people who really care about you will add unique touches. They may only bring you one flower, but it will be one they picked just for you, or it will be your favorite flower. If they bring you candy, it may be some that they prepared themselves. Whatever gift they bring, no matter how small, will usually have more significance or personal meaning than many of the gifts from other people.

People who are in love think about their loved one often and will send them messages or call them frequently. If the person you are interested in never responds to your calls until days later, you might want to rethink the relationship. Part of being in love means wanting to spend time together and wanting to make sure that the other person is okay. If the person you are interested in is constantly wanting you to lose weight, change your way of dressing, color your hair, and change your group of friends...you might want to rethink the relationship. People in love are willing to overlook flaws and they never try to make you over into their "ideal person".
