Women time for you to be romantic.

Women when you think of romance what do you envision. Candle light dinner, walks on the beach, making love under in a dim lit room, might pop into your head. Do you think these are the things your partner is thinking about when you talk about romance. Sure he/she might like to do these things to be romantic for you but what do you feel like they would like you to do that they would see as romantic? Maybe taking them to the big game, hot steamy lingerie worn for their pleasure, or even time spent on the couch snuggling during the race with both of you yelling at your favorite driver. You have to remember your vision of romance and his are going to be different, so when you are trying to be romantic for him, cater the evening towards his tastes. Like wise you would love to be catered to when he is trying to romance you. We have to look at it through the eyes of our partner to see their vision of romance. Be bold and ask them what they feel would be romantic then store the knowledge for later down the road. Remember you are trying to make them feel wonderful not you! Your turn will come.

Lights of Love

During the holidays we make everything we can a little more festive. Well one thing I think adds a lot of festivity to your Christmas tree is to use only candle light to light the room your tree is in. Yes you will have the lights on the tree but the soft flickering light of the candles will add a special touch to the room. Not only will it direct more attention to your tree but it will also make you more aware of each other. The normal bright lights we use make us think more of work and shopping then of the soft and wonderful feels of the holiday. When you have a day when the two of you can just snuggle down replace all your lighting with candles and see what happens. I am sure it will be a little more romantic.

Keep the Fireworks going!

Well the 4th of July has passed and so have the fireworks. You can however keep the fireworks bursting all year long. Now I am not talking about buying several thousand dollars worth of fireworks and lighting them off each night. I am talking about keeping that excitement going in your relationship. Think about how you watch in awe as each blast lights up the sky. Now make the everyday things you do look that special. Cook for you partner, let them sleep a little later, anything that will make them feel special and show you care about them will do. I enjoy fireworks but I would much rather have my partner give me a fantastic kiss before leaving for work, or hold my hand as we walk to the mall. These little fireworks are what makes your heart jump up and down. Now if you want to get literal you could turn all the lights off in the house and find firework displays on YouTube, not only would that be literal it would be romantic also.
