Get her/him a gratitude rock!

If you have watch the movie THE SECRET then you already know what a gratitude rock is. If not it is a special rock that you give to someone to keep in their pocket. Whenever the touch it they are to think about the things in their life that they are very thankful for. The rock doesn't have to be anything special or you can take it home and shine it up, paint it before you give it to your special person. When you are ready to give it to your partner make a special presentation of the give to him/her. Wrap it up in a small jewelry box with soft tissue or cotton in the box to keep it from rattling. Once they open it make sure to explain it to them or you can even type up a little note and put it in the box for them to read. Once they have their gratitude rock you can rest assure that every time they touch it they will be thinking about you.

Valentine's Day Gift Idea - Sexy Robe and Slippers

Today we are going to start giving you ideas on things you can get your partner for Valentine's Day. A sexy robe and slippers can be a great idea for either male or a female partner. It tells the person that you are giving it to that you want to be more intimate with them. and if you are not currently living together it conveys the message that you would like to spend the night with them. Depending on the climate you live in, the robe you pick out should suit that climate. Colder climates might call for a warmer robe, like a big thick terry cloth one, or if your climate is warmer then a silk robe might be the way to go. If you want to add a little spice to the gift then pick out some silk boxers or a sexy bra and panty set to slip inside the robe. When they pull the robe out of the box then the other items fall onto the floor. No matter which type of robe you pick it will surely be a big hit.

Get excited about the gifts you are giving.

Do you have a special gift you are giving your partner for this Christmas? If so you need to get excited about it so that you can build up the anticipation of the person you are giving it to. Hold it up for them to see and tell them how you can't wait to see them open it on Christmas day. Show you excitement to give it to them, it is contagious. Sparking that anticipation in your partner will make them more excited as the big day gets closer. You might find them shaking the present some time or studying it's shape and size. The anticipation is what makes Christmas so exciting, think back to waiting for Santa to come when you were younger and running down the stairs on Christmas morning. What was it that drove you then? It was the anticipation so use this feeling to increase the romance at Christmas time.

Pick out your own gift.

Does you partner have a gift that they want more than anything this Christmas? Do they have something that you can't pick out for them or they need to try on before you purchase it for them? That is okay you can do this for them and still make it a surprise. Once you have the item you need to think of an interesting way to wrap it, be it in a huge box or in a odd shaped package. Once you have it wrapped make a game of it with your partner and see how many presents they have to unwrap before they find it. You could even wrap up some dummy presents as I call them, thing like clothes that are theirs or something so silly no one would possibly want it like some giant sunglasses or an alarm clock that squirts water. If you partner has an idea of what they are getting from you for Christmas then it is your job to still make the unwrapping of presents fun and exciting. With that in mind you can start making your strategy on how you are going to fool your partner with your wrap job now.

Brown Bag it!

There is no doubt in this time that finances are tough. We all need to squeeze as much as we can out of our fund. One thing that can save you a lot of money is to brown bag it or take your lunch to work. You might be thinking at this point, "How is taking your lunch to work, romantic?" Well it's not but wouldn't you rather use that cash to take your partner to dinner or to buy them a great present? Let your partner know that you are trying to save up for a trip or something special for the two of you and I am sure they will help you pack your lunch a time or two. Depending on where you live not purchasing lunch out could save you as much as seven or eight dollars a day. Start adding that up and see how quickly you might get to the cruise. Another benefit is that you can eat a little more healthy and not as much. Not only are you saving for something special for you and your sweety but you are also improving your health and possibly losing some weight. Now when people make fun of you at work and ask if you mom packed your lunch, don't get mad, just think of them when you are enjoying your reward.

Award your partner. (Click Here for Awards)

Does your partner deserve an award? I think if you look at your relationship, you will find something that your partner does great. When you find it reward her is a special loving cup. In the title line of this post is a link to a trophy place that has awards for as little as $5. Once you have found just the right award then have it engraved to show your partner your appreciation. Some suggestions might be "Awarded to the person who makes me laugh", "Presented to the person who puts up with my collection of beer cans" or "1st Place winner of all my love". Make it personal and make it a big deal when you present it to her. I don't think you need to call the media, but maybe a little applauds from you would be nice.
