Okay what does losing weight have to do with being romantic. Well you can make anything romantic and anything that improves the way you feel about yourself will help with the way you feel about romance. When both of you team up to make an effort to lose weight you become a team, just like you did when you decided to have a relationship. What I want you to do is become a support team for each other. Every time you feel like getting a little snack I want you to start making out with your partner instead, no not just a quick kiss. We need something to get your mind off the fact it thinks in needs a snack. Wrap your arms around your partner and really get into the kiss, hopefully the kiss will be sweet enough to cure that sweet tooth. If after the kiss you feel a little frisky then go make love it will burn calories and will make you feel great. There are several other ways the two of you can help each other out in the battle to lose weight. When you get up in the morning both of you stand together naked in front of a mirror and tell each other how great you look, this would fall under the positive reinforcement. You can also buy sexy things to wear as a reward for sticking to your weight loss efforts. Find exercises that you can do together and laugh. Most people don't know it but laughing burns more calories then you might think. By replacing your need to snack and looking at each other bodies more often you will start to get in better shape faster then you think.

Get your lists ready.

A good thing to do for each other at this time of year is to make a christmas list for each other. I am not talking about a list of specific things that you want but a list of several things you would like to do in your future. Things you would like to do around the holidays or traditions you would like to start. Maybe you would love to take a trip on day on Christmas to the Mexico or maybe you would love to start collecting special holiday ornaments. Jot down all the little things you think would make the holidays special, maybe watching a specific movie each year around the holidays or making a certain kind of cookie only at this time of year. Make sure you can carry any traditions into the future for when you have children or your partner becomes your spouse. This is a way to kinda play house if your not already married or in a serious relationship. It might feel funny but you might be amazed somewhere down the road when you partner remembers something you said on that day and presents you with tickets to your dream destination or brings home a special ornament for you Christmas tree you have only dreamt about. Dreaming is a large part of your relationship as long as you do it together.

As we near the holidays there will be lots of opportunities that will give you a chance to tell your partner that you want them, when they can't respond. Call it teasing, or maybe foreplay but one thing it does do is let your partner know that you want them and they will have to wait. You can do this at any function that you both are attending, and great times are during family gathers that include Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. Opening Doors

One of the lost art of chivalry is opening doors for others. You should always open the door for you partner no matter where you are going. A good way to practice this is to start opening doors for everyone. It is just polite and will make you look good in everyones eyes. Not only will you look like a saint in the persons eyes you are opening the door for but all the other people who see it will think you are a well mannered person. Once I opened the car door for my wife and a women pulled up beside us and thanked me for keeping romance alive. It made me feel so good that day that I have made it a point to do it from now on. Opening doors might not get you in the building faster but it will give you lots of points with the person you love.

Guys we need to cut out the corny pick up lines. Never have I heard of a one-line opening that worked well.
