It might sound silly but while players like, Chase Young, Joe Burrow, Tua Tagovailoa, Isaiah Simmions, Jeff Okudah, Derrick Brown Jerry Jeudy, CJ Handler and hundreds of other young athletes are excited about the 2020 NFL Draft I think the general public might be more excited.  We  have been without sports in this country for going on two months now.  We missed the connections that would have been the Final Four in College Basketball, the end to the Hockey season and the beginning of baseball not to mention so many other sports.   We need this 2020 NFL Draft to get us together as sports enthusiast again.   I am figuring this might be the highest rated draft of all time since it it almost the only thing in the sports industry that actually will be carried out without a hitch.  Well besides no one being in attendance.  I can see the public joining together and cheering once again as each selection is made, it might just be the point at which life returns to normal....at least for the dates of April 23-April 25.

Go out and pick up trash.

We all want a cleaner earth but how many of us venture out of our house to help out. Being green is very romantic and believe me your partner will feel the same way. Suggest that the two of you go out for a hour a week on a walk with the intention of picking up all the trash you see on the way. Make it a challenge to see if you can fill a bag or two bags. Keep track of how much trash you pickup each and every time and make a chart to show how much help you are giving the earth. You could even set a goal of a romantic evening out once you get 50 bags of trash. Nothing is more romantic than saving our home planet so start today and hold hands as you are searching for that trash.

Guys we need to cut out the corny pick up lines. Never have I heard of a one-line opening that worked well. Especially the ones that jump straight into “I want to have sex with you” Do yourself and all the ladies out there a favor and introduce yourself and tell them you would like a chance to get to know them. If you get a phone number or some conversation congratulations you are doing wonderful. These corny pick up lines only get you punched or kicked in the groin so if you’re into the abuse thing here you go. Give in a little.

We all love to get our way, however sometimes it is more romantic to give in a little. Now I am not talking about letting someone run over you. I am talking about a simple surrender to make your partner feel special. Maybe it is letting them have the pick of which movie you watch tonight, even though you know the one they will pick will just make you vomit. Maybe you can't decide on which restaurant to eat at. You can suck it up and go with their choice. Giving in a little is great for you relationship, it shows you are committed to working thinks out. You can use this in many ways and you can use it in the bedroom also. Maybe your partner wants you to try a different position, what the heck let it go and give it a try. If it doesn't work at least you can get it out of their mind. Relationships are tricky and sometimes you can't get everything you want. So give in a little and hopefully your partner will return the favor and give in to you, at times.
