Use your tongue more often.


The tongue is one of your greatest allis in the sexual revolution. Most people avoid the use of the tongue and use it only for kissing. Those poor poor people. Our tongue is one of our greatest muscles and should be treated like it an exercised. A strong tongue is a plus for performing oral sex and it quickly improves when you exercise it. There are several ways to exercise it. Just moving it in and out of your mouth or wiggling it helps improve you control of it. Having oral sex more often also is a work out for you tongue. Don't think that you tongue however is just for you partners pleasure. Your tongue is so sensitive to taste and feel that you can get enjoyment out of it also. Taste your partner get to know them in that manner, lick different areas of their body and taste the difference. Along the same lines feel the difference in the skin on different areas with your tongue you will soon find that this is erotic for both of you.

Change your kissing position.


Well all know that changing sexual positions can improve your sex life. Have you thought that even changing angles and positions for kissing each other could do the same? Everyone I know kisses straight forward lip to lip and they don't think anything else about it. However if you change your angle or position from which you kiss it makes it much more different. The feel the approach gives kissing a much more exciting feel. Think about it kissing your partner on the neck or them leaning back into you to kiss your lips as you stand behind them. Enjoy how different their lips feel against yours in these different positions. Holding the person becomes a different experience also now you hands are not hanging out on their back you can explore the front of their body and see where your hands might lead you. In the Karma Sutra you see the drawings of people doing backbends and all sort of other positions to kiss and more. Try it out what can it hurt, just make sure you stretch before you try a pulled muscle really takes the wind out of your sail.

Tongue Exercises, Now that is Romantic.


You tongue is one of the most used muscles in your body. Not only does it help us talk, sing, eat, and taste. The tongue is also one of the best sex toys in your arsenal. Yet how many of you do any type of tongue exercises. You can greatly improve the stamina of your tongue by doing simple exercises during the day. I personally do mine when I am in the bathroom. Just stretch your tongue out as far as it will go then pull in back several times. You can also try moving your tongue as fast as you can for several seconds. You tongue is so important to your everyday life and sometimes we forget that. Aside from the sexual aspect you can improve several areas of your life by getting in the habit of doing this exercises daily. I know several speakers and singers that swear that tongue exercises have help them in the pursuit of their craft. So if you want to excel at the Karaoke Bar you know where to start. Remember the tongue is a muscle and it is one you use more often they you think. Now do yourself and your partner a favor and start getting your tongue in shape.

I am sure you have heard of the PC Muscle (pubococcygeus muscle). We have all heard of the wonderful things that women can do when they strengthen this muscle. While I want each and every women to exercise this muscle, today I want to focus on the men and their PC muscle. Guys did you know that working out this muscle can dramatically help your sex life! You heard me right and the great part is you can exercise this muscle at anytime during the day. The exercise isn't even that strenuous. You know how you stop peeing by cutting off the flow, that's it. The best part is you can do this exercise anywhere at anytime without anyone knowing. You can do it at your desk, in the car, while your wife tries on clothes. Just squeeze away, and hold it is the simplest exercise I've ever done.



Now just like other exercises it takes some time to start to see the effects of this exercise. After about a month of doing this exercise I started to see some improvement. For starters my erections seemed to be harder, not that I had any trouble before but it seemed as if there was just an added strength to my erection. Secondly I could control my orgasm a little. You know what I mean I could slow down and hold back a little better. Saving the best for last, I could last a lot longer then before. I would say I was a little skeptical when I first started these exercises


but I soon learned their value. They are so easy and unless you don't want your sex life to get better, I don't understand why you don't start performing these PC muscle exercises today.
