Another Great way to save some money to do something fun.

Are you still looking for ways to stash a little cash away? Well here is a suggestion on eating that could save you some cash. Split your meals. With the economy in the shape it is in. I am seeing several restaurants offering meals at greatly reduced prices to get people in the door. This is a great way for you to save some money. First of all find a larger meal and split it between the two of you. Most meals at restaurants are large enough that you can split and still feel pretty full. Make sure not to all into things like drinks and appetizers at these restaurants. Yes they are good but they will make the bill go up quickly. Get water to drink at places it is free then if you want a soda later get one out of the vending machine or at home, they are much cheaper.

Another idea is to find a buffet that offers carry out. They will usually charge you for one person then give you a box to fill up. If you know things your partner likes you can easily get two meals in the box for the price of one. I have a friend that will fill his box at the Chinese restaurant and then make three meals out of it for $5.75. Now that is a bargain. If you just use your brain a little you can save quite a bit of money. Many years ago McDonald's offered $25 cent hamburgers and then the cheeseburgers were .69 cents. Well we found out that adding cheese to a sandwich only cost .20 cents at that time. So we would order hamburgers and add cheese to make the cheeseburger .45 cents! Make sure to check out other great ways to save money in this manner. Keep track of what you save and put it away for a trip or something special for the two of you.

Hanging out at home!

During this time of economic turmoil, more and more people are having to rethink what they do for dates and recreation. Remember when you were teenagers and you would just hang out at someones house! You would pick someone who's parents weren't home and just lay around watching television and acting stupid. Well why not bring back the feeling. You can save a lot of money by doing this. You could rent some movies, purchase some snacks and bring home some booze. All of the things you might do on a night out. Invite some friends over and have a little movie party or play a board game together. Just spend the evening hanging out having a few drinks and getting into some great conversations.

Maybe you want the evening to just be the two of you. Again just like when you were teenagers you can spend the night making out or watching a movie, or both. I love just sitting and debating things with my partner. I feel it brings us closer even if we disagree on things. Now think of all the money you will be saving and you still get all the things you would on a date. Good conversation, fun, entertainment, and maybe even sex, for a fraction of the cost of the traditional date.

Go For it.

Do you sit around and have great romantic ideas pop into your head, only to talk yourself out of doing them. Thinking your partner might think they are silly or think you are nuts. Well stop right now many a great romantic ideas are never put into place because of this type of thinking. I am here to tell you that if a idea pops into your head then act on it. No big deal if it doesn't go over as well as you planned, but what if it goes over even better then you planned. Use the slogan from Nike and "Just do it" I can't even imagine how many ideas didn't happen because of people wondering how they would be perceived. Remember, nothing ventured, nothing gained. Now get out their and show your partner how romantic you are.

Negative People

You know that person that is always a bummer. They never have anything good to say. They are always in a bad mood. Well you need to distance yourself from that person. Being around such negativity only make you feel bad. Emotions are contagious, think about it if your around someone that is bubbly you can't help but smiling and feeling good. The same works for those grumpy people. They will bring you down even if you are in a good mood. I have learned to turn off listening to these people that make you feel bad. When they spit out grumpy things from their mouths, I just say "I am so sorry you feel that way" I do not let it effect my mood because life is way to short to be grumpy. So how does this relate to romance? Be in a good mood when around your partner, remember it is contagious. Make it your mission to effect them with your happiness.

Need Money for Date!

If your like most of the public you could use a little extra money for your dating. Weather it be with a new person or someone you have been in a relationship for a while. Study say that the most people spend about $150 on dates a month. Where can you come up with this extra cash to take your date out. The first thing that pops into mind is a part time job. See if you can find something that you only have to do once a week and designate this money for your dating life. You can make money online by setting up blogs or websites that use click advertisements to generate revenue. This is a slow process and may take a while before you start to see massive results. A thing that I like the best is pay yourself for the chores you do around the house. If you do a load of laundry pay yourself .50cents do the dishes another .50cents. Anytime you do a chore add some change to the kitty. You might just be surprised how much money you end up with. Think about all the change you blow on things like soda and candy. You won't even miss the extra money you put in your kitty. However, you will definitely appreciate it when you are sitting at dinner staring at the love of your life across the table.

Football season is here!

Okay it is now officially football season. High school teams have started to play and colleges, too. The NFL is about to kick off. As a couple if you both enjoy the football atmosphere then you need to find a game you can tailgate at. Tailgating is a great way to spend time with your friends and also your partner. Everyone is rooting for the same team and you can find some great eats and drinks. Most people don't consider this a great time for couples. It can be if you don't let the game and your friends get your carried away. Always remember to include your partner in the antics you are going to do while you tailgate. If you are going to play corn hole then ask your partner to play with you. Don't go run off with your buddies and forget who you came with. If your partner is new to your group of friends don't leave him/her alone to fend for themselves, stick with them and you will have a much better time. Once they get comfortable and meet some of the others you can bet they will look forward to tailgating as much as everyone else. Always remember that your relationship comes first, so think about your actions before you strip down and paint your whole body.

Make a kiss a delicacy

Okay ladies want to give your partner a little surprise? Well I would suggest that you go out a pick up several different flavors of lip gloss or chap stick. You know the kinds that make your lips look wet and delicious. Then several times during the day you chance to a different flavor and make it a point to kiss your partner like their is no tomorrow. See if your partner can guess the flavor, if they are really good at guessing mix it up a little. Do two different flavors one on the top lip and one on the bottom see if they can guess the flavor now.
