Laugh at each other.

One of my favorite things to do in a relationship is to laugh. To me that is a sign that you are having a good time. See how much humor you relationship has in it by counting the number of times you have laughed with your partner in the past week. 5 plus times and your relationship has a good amount of humor in it, 4-2 times and you could work on the laugher in your relationship a bit. Now if it is one or less then you have some work to do. When we think about having a good time we visualize people laughing, same can be said for your relationship. If you need a boost getting this started you need to go no further then you computer. There are many funny things to watch here. For starters you can go to youtube and watch endless streams of other people being stupid and recording it for your enjoyment. You can download a funny movie from itunes or if you enjoy a little sicker humor you can watch the new MTV show "Silent Library" to get your chuckles. Laughter is essential to not only our lives but our relationship also. So loosen that tie and get some tissue to wipe the tears from you eyes as you get set to laugh.

Labor Day Weekend

Make a special weekend for your sweety. Most people have a little extra time off during this holiday so make some plans to get out and enjoy something you haven't done as of yet. Something like a get away would be very romantic. Hope in the care and go visit some friends or get a hotel with a pool and spend the day swimming and enjoying time together. You could also just go spend the day at one of your local state parks. The only thing is you should make a a little distance from your home. Don't go somewhere you can go any weekend. Pick a place that is a little farther drive that you wouldn't thing about during a normal weekend. Enjoy the drive get you some good music the two of you can sing to and if you have a convertible drop the top and roll out. Just be free spirits for the weekend. If you don't have much money find things to do that involve sightseeing, they are usually free or cost very little. Make it memorable and take lots of pictures. Enjoy your weekend.

Summer Fun

Summer time is here and if you haven't done it yet start planning out your summer activities. I am not talking about vacations we all know we need to plan those. I am talking about those weekend things you want to do this summer. Do the two of you enjoy amusements parks, baseball games, camping, hiking, whatever your passions you need to plan them out now. Summer has a way of getting away from us quickly and if we don't play our itinerary out now we might not get to accomplish all we want to during the summer. Think about it how many times have you debated what to do on the weekend only to end up not doing anything. This is what we want to avoid.

Make a list of all the things you want to do. Now rate them by number with one being the most important thing and then on down. Now get your schedules out and begin writing them on weekends, with the understanding of work schedules, and other events that might consume your time. I would also suggest having back up plans of inside things to just in case the weather doesn't cooperate. You don't want to be stuck at home on a weekend you wanted to go hiking just because it is raining.

Make sure to include some romance into your summer also. Things like going to see outdoor shows or fireworks are very romantic. Hiking up to a scenic overlook is a great idea for a couple as well as spending the warm summer nights looking up at the stars. Summer time to me is so romantic because you can get out of the house more. If you have kids you know you have to put them in the mix also, but this doesn't have to ruin the romance. Walking hand in hand at the zoo can be really stimulating for a couple. Going to your local fair is another romantic thing to do that might bring back some old memories.

Now what are you doing sitting her get your butts up and enjoy this beautiful weather.
