Frosty days


Here in the midwest the mornings are starting to become colder and colder as autumn is if full swing. It is amazing that sometimes you might wake up with frost on the ground and then have a wonderful warm day in the afternoon. I like to call this weather, shorts and sweatshirt weather. Whatever you call it these days are wonderful for spending a little extra time in bed snuggling and touching. It is amazing how warm it stays under your covers with two bodies heating it up. As I mentioned earlier take a little extra time and enjoy this warmth and give your partner a little extra touching. Autumn days are great for making love and snuggling down to watch good movies. Then get up and enjoy the warmer part of the day. Get your sweatshirt and shorts out and enjoy this up and down bouncing of the weather for soon it will just be cold all the time. At least here in the midwest.

Start listing all the reasons you are happy.


Take out a notebook and a pencil and start writing down all the things that make you happy. Get down and write several easy and simple things that make you happy. Start out simple and then as you get going you will pick up speed soon you will have so many things down you will start looking at your life differently and seeing the good in your life will replace all the negative that you have. Make this a practice you keep not only when you feel down but when you are up also. Keep a note book and do this every night before you go to bed or when you get up in the morning. Heck any time something hits you write it down. Soon you will have a arsenal of feel good things at your disposal.

Snuggle down in bed with your technology and your lover.


Today it is so easy to get your technology where you want it. So why not spend the time using it snuggled up with your partner in a comfy spot. Say you both crash out on the bed of find a chair big enough for both of you to use at the same time. Doing this will give you time to connect while you are close to each other. Then you can always put the electronics aside and attend to each other. Or you can huddle together and watch something on youtube or check out an interesting web site together. Either way you are together and touching and not being apart while you are using the technology we have at our finger tips.

We are all energy and the special thing about being a couple in love is that you get to combine your energy to use it in special ways. We have heard the expression that two heads are better than one. Well two energies focused on the same idea are double the power. You can manifest the things in your life much quicker when two forces are working and striving for that goal. Sit down together and decide what you want out of life and then both of your focus on that want. See how much easier it is to get their with the couples energy.

One thing that can be a wonderful romantic journey is for you and your partner to move! Pick up and move to a completely different city. Take new jobs, find a new place to live and for a while it will just be the two of you relying on each other. This is how wonderful relationship get made. It might not be 100% accurate but you are going to build a tighter bond with that special someone as you experience a new environment together. That sense of adventure will fill you both as you will be nervous and excited at the same time. The struggles of learning a new place can be swept away by falling into each others arms at the end of the day.

Quite eating fast food and save the money for date nights.


Here in America most of us eat way to much fast food. It is easy and it tastes good but the terrible part is that it is expensive and is not at all healthy. Why don't the two of you as a couple make an effort to avoid it altogether. Make a commitment that when every you feel like grabbing a burger the both of you remain strong and make a grilled cheese or turkey sandwich at home. Then the money you would have spent eating something bad for you and put it in a jar marked, "Date Night" Continue doing this until you have enough in the jar to experience your favorite activity together. Heck you could even save for a trip if you are strong enough. Make a penalty also so that if you do go out and eat fast food you have to replace the money you spend from your jar. You will soon start thinking about just grabbing fast food all together. Not only will your body thank you but your can both thank each other when you are sitting on the beach somewhere special.
