Make Weddings a Date.

Weddings are wonderful events that just ooze with love. Take advantage of all the weddings you go to by making them more of a date. Everyone loves to see the bride as she/he emerges for the first time. There is a feeling of love by everyone at that moment in time. However the reception is the part of the wedding you can use as your date. Most often there is food and drink available as well as music and dancing. Mingling with friends and or family will can be a wonderful time. Plus at a wedding you just have to feel the love and it most likely will transfer into your feelings also. So if that euphoric feeling might hit you both hard and you remember your first date, first kiss, or your wedding day. That is a set up for a wonderful evening for the two of you. So accept each wedding invitation as a chance for the two of you to relive your firsts and make your relationship stronger.

Attend a wedding.

One of the best things you can do to renew your love for each other is attend a wedding. We always try to make excuses not to go sit through the long ceremony, however it can be refreshing and meaningful for the two of you. Seeing two other people in love will remind you how much you love each other. Plus it's a great way to have a night out without a huge expense. You get to dress up with each other and made do some dancing. The big point however is to realize how important love is. We sometimes forget in our daily life how we felt when we were the one pledging our love to each other or how special we felt with each other in the early days of our relationship. A wedding is sometimes just what the doctor ordered for an ill relationship. Plus they have cake.

Shoes, shoes shoes

Shoes? How the heck is that romantic? Well shoes themselves are not romantic but combined with your imagination they can be. Shoes are great places to hide little love notes. They are great for hiding love notes because you wear them everyday so it isn't possible to not find them. You can also match the note to the shoes. Sexy shoes get sexy notes, hiking shoes get notes about being rugged and tough, sport shoes can express how great your partner looks, no matter what type of shoe it is you can adjust the note to express the shoe. You can also use shoes to be romantic in other ways. Setting out your partners dancing shoes in plain site can tell them you are ready for a romantic night of dancing. You can use all your shoes to spell out words or even lead your partner to a surprise you have waiting for them. So you see, shoes can be romantic you just have to be creative.

Dance the night away.

I really don't hear many people talk about dancing anymore. Back when I was just out of high school in the late 80's people would make it a point to go out dancing. Now a days I don't hear any of these younger people talk about dancing. Dancing can be very romantic no matter where it is performed. Turn on some music at home and ask you partner to dance, I don't care if it is a slow dance or just getting up to flop around the house. Don't tell your partner but it is exercise also. I remember spending all night a the local bar dancing the night away. I would get up the next morning and be soar and I was in pretty good shape. Dancing in some cultures is part of the mating ritual and some believe that it is a form of foreplay, just watch the tango and tell me it is not. On the romantic side dancing gives you a chance to get close to your partner and get their blood pumping and we all know how good that is for romance. There are so many upsides to dancing that maybe it should be more a part of our culture. Enjoy the clip at the top of this post for a eighties band Van Halen and next time you get a chance, Dance the Night Away!
