Break Up To Shape Up?


Why Wait For A Break Up To Get In Shape?

it is a known fact that after a break up or divorce people tend to start taking better care of themselves and get in better shape?  Doesn't that seem wrong?  Taking into the consideration of the statistics of divorce it would seem that to help the relationship survive the work out would begin before the relationship hits hard times.  So maybe the thought process should be to begin working out as soon as you get into a serious relationship.  Maybe just maybe changing it up might keep relationship healthy and happy? 

If not at least you have a jump on getting in shape for your next relationship!
