It is true I try to put a positive spin on everything.  So I have been accused many a time fo viewing life through my rose colored glasses.  So much so that in one relationship I have had it was an issue and that person took offense to me trying to put a positive spin on everything.  However, that being said I will not change.  I truly believe everything in our life happens for a reason and if something bad happens it is to prepare us for something better.  So in the course of a relationship when one ends it is because there is a better one waiting for your out there.  It is hard in the middle of any change to appreciate that better things are on the horizon, so when this happens I will don my rose colored sun glasses and start looking for that silver lining.

The Green Dragon Experience

The Green Dragon

During a recent meditation I was introduced to my Green Dragon.  What the fudge you might wonder does a Green Dragon have to do with anything?  Well the Green Dragon represents my sexual energy.  I was shown in my mediation how my Green Dragon mixes my sexual energy into everything I do.  I watched the Green Dragon do swirls in the cloudy sky and mix his/our green energy about in the sky. It was such a wonderful spot to be in and to watch and see how the creative sexual energy mixes into my entire universe.  I think most people are afraid of their sexual energy instead of embracing it like I do and allowing it to lead me everywhere.  I hope that all of you can one day experience your Green Dragon and understand how important your sexual and creative energy are to the world.  If everyone can learn to share this Green Dragon Energy with the world this place would be a much better place.

The Double Dating Questions

To Double Date or Not to Double Date?

Double Dating has been around for year and changes with the age you become.  Usually when you are younger Double Dating was to help avoid uncomfortable first dates so that with 4 people around the conversation wouldn't lag and there would be plenty of input to conversations.  As you got older you found other coupes that you really liked hanging out with and enjoyed their company.  However, the double date is always a question in where you want your own personal date to go.  Double Dates are very social but don't allow a lot of time for privacy between you and your partner.  Another thing that often happens is the men will team up and the women will team up so it becomes that Jr. High Dance with Girls on one side and Boys on the other.  Plus no one is totally in control of the date as you have four minds figuring out what to do and when the date will end.  So you should think about what you want to accomplish on your night out before you invite your couple friends.  If you are just going out for fun then sure invite all the couples you know the more the merrier.  But if you are wanting some special time with your partner keep it between the two of you!

Memories That Make You Smile

Often I will run things through my mind that make me smile.  I am a very smile oriented person naturally but there are times when a great memory hits me and I can't control my smile at all.  Sometimes this even happens at very odd times like with something not so good is happening or when I am in a serious meeting.  These thoughts are imbedded in our minds to help us cope with life is my feeling.  They pop in there when we need a jolt of feel good.  They can come from my childhood, my kids, my past relationships, and time spent with friends.  The point being is that it creates a smile and when someone sees you smiling in this manner it triggers the same thing to happen in them.  Smiles are connections to memories and the good things that have happened in your life.  Keep Smiling People I love to see them!
