Fill your tank with romance.

           There is something about a quite romantic drive that is special.  Talking and driving to new exciting places or even to nowhere can be as romantic as a candle lit dinner.  Look at it as exploring and see how many wonderful places you can find and venture off to.  Spend your time being together and it doesn't have to be the most beautiful day take off sometime when it is raining or snowing and watch the beauty of nature together as you roll along.

Be more romantic this year.

          Time for you new years resolution and I will make it simple for you.  This year be more romantic with your partner.  Simple enough all you have to do is start thinking everyday what you can do that is romantic today.  Maybe it is dance with them as your cooking lunch, taken them on a walk through your old neighborhood, or bring flowers home.  The point is that if you think about romance daily it will start becoming natural and soon you will be doing it without thinking about it.  I have never heard anyone say, "My partner is too romantic"  have you?  Then start today this second day of the year and become the romance king this year!

New Years Ever Surprise!

            Tonight is the night to ring in the New Year right.  If your not going out to a wonderful party or heading out to Times Square this year, maybe a little more intimate evening is in your future.  Why not ring in the new year making love to your partner.  Plan out a wonderful evening and dinner then suggest you spend the New Year making your own fireworks.  Pick out some sexy evening wear and well lets just say use your imagination a little and show your partner how great this New Year is going to be.  If your really have good timing you could just be making love as the year changes.

Don't forget who you are trying to impress.

          In our relationships we get so relaxed sometimes we forget the person we most want to impress is our partner.  We know our partner will loves us and we stop having to try and gain their attention and affection.  We wear our comfortable clothes all the time, we don't present ourselves in the best manner as in combing our hair or wearing our make up and even our manners sometimes get lazy.  Make it a point today to change this treat your partner/lover with respect by presenting yourself to them as you did when you were dating.  Make it a big deal to look good for them as often as you can.  Wear your good clothes around the house or when going out with them.  Make it a point to have a dress up dinner date even if it is one that you cook yourself at home.  Just make sure to let them know you still care about their attention and would love to have more of it.  

Today is the day to relax!

          Christmas is done and luckily for most of us that don't have to work on Sunday we have the day off today to recuperate.  You can take this time to enjoy the rest of the season and just relax.  Heck make a day out of laying on the couch watching movies you got for Christmas or football.  If you feel a little less like relaxing go out and see a movie or go to lunch somewhere.  Spend the time getting yourself back into normal mode by doing normal things.  Get away from the mess of your holiday parties and enjoy the day just the two of you.  How you spend it is up to the two of you as what ever works best for you two as a couple is what you should do.  

Love thy neighbor

           During the holidays we get wrapped up in our own family and making sure their holiday is the best.  Yet our neighbors we see everyday we seem to forget about.  How about making some cookies and taking them over to them, or give them a small gift like a certificate for a car wash.  You can create a wonderful friendship by appreciating all the people in your life.  

Make a date out of your Christmas shopping.

          It is very close to Christmas and if your like me you still have to pick up a few things here and there.  Instead of doing this along ask your partner to tag along and make a date out of the adventure.  Go to lunch and enjoy the holiday spirit with your special person.  Think about how big of a present you have in just being able to spend time with each other.
