Get your partner a little hot under the collar.

Want to turn you partner on a little and do something good for your health at the same time? Well next time you are just sitting around doing nothing, get up and work out a little in front of your partner. Grab some weights or slip in an aerobic tape and start working out. You can bet your partner will take notice. It doesn't matter how out of shape you are at least you will be showing them that you are going to start getting into better shape. Now that you have started this you have to keep doing it, make it a routine at certain times of the week.
