Relaxed a Wonderful Place to Be

How many of you are truly relaxed in your life right now?  It might seem pretty impossible to have everything perfect in your life so that you are totally relaxed.  Maybe we are looking at relaxed the wrong way.  Instead of letting our life dictate if we are relaxed or not, maybe we should dictate that our life has to meet our relaxed style.  Making our jobs, families and friends fit around us instead of us focusing on trying to please them?  I am not saying we have to be an asshole to those around us but how many times have you went out of your way to do something for another person just because you felt like you had too?  Relaxed to me mean going with the flow and you can totally be a loving partner, dad/mom or friend without disrupting your flow.  It's all about setting boundaries.  Being relaxed doesn't mean you don't care it means you are ready to go with the flow in a moment's notice and that my friends will make you a good person, spouse, father or mother.

Scarecrows

Scarecrows are designed to keep crows out of corn fields by scaring them.  Have you ever thought about how we put up scarecrows of our own to scare away other things we don't want.  They might be called walls or safeguards by others but they are surely scarecrows in the same sense.  They protect ourself from outside forces that we feel are troubling to us.  Some of us are afraid of commitment, some afraid of loss, other afraid of change, and with all those fears we put us scarecrows to protect us.  Sit down and take a look at the scarecrows you have put up.  One of my biggest scarecrows is the use of humor, when I feel threatened I always put up my humor scarecrow to protect myself from that which I feel is a threat.  What scarecrows do you have?

The journey of love has no end it is a continuous journey for life.  Even if a relationship ends the journey keeps going, even if you don't have a partner your self love keeps the journey alive.  For you see there is constant love in your life be it from family or friends this road of love never ends.  So when you are in pain for the end of a relationship try to remember the the journey will continue to the place of love.  While you are in a romantic relationship however enjoy the travels for they could switch direction at any time.  The greatest thing I can share is that no matter how many bumps there are in the road the road of love always has the most beautiful scenery so please enjoy it.
