Start by loving yourself and honoring the good that is inside you. The knowledge that the hurt will go away eventually isn't always comforting in the beginning. The pain like a river must run it's course. You can sit around and think and wish to go back. However, forward is the way you must go. Forward to new.. new life... new fun... new experiences... and at some point new love!
I must say that losing a love is a pain like no other!
