One thing that I feel is an amazing thing to use in your pursuit of your dreams or goals is to post motivational notes around to keep you pumped up.  I personally have one in my car that I witness every time I get in it that says "The Time Is Now"  Post them on your bathroom mirror, in your refrigerator, on your closet door.  Wherever you are going to look several times a day put that little reminder of what you are striving for.  These notes can be for creating your business, losing weight, improving your relationship, the list goes on and on for what you can use these for.  So...

Love The Walk And Talk

One of the sexiest things I have found is what I call the walk and talk.  It is as simple as it sounds.  You just take a walk in a place that allows only talking between the two of you.  If you can find a private place such as a walk along the beach in the mooring, a winding trail through the woods, or even a stroll through a quiet neighborhood, these are the best.   It allows the two of you to connect and exercise at the same time.  It has been my experience that we actually even forget about the exercise part, to the point we can't believe how far we have walked.

Spiritual Bathing

Most of us bath on a regular basis, be it in a shower or bath.  We cleans our body of the dirt and water is a fabulous means for that cleanings.  However candle light bathing can be just as cleaning.  Allowing candle light to consume your body in a darkened room can give you insight like you have never had before.  To be silent with only the sound of the flame it allows your mind to open up and amazing ideas, dreams and suggestions to enter you very being.  Try it next time before you take your shower of bath.  Sit in the darkness with only candle light and experience this different way of bathing.  Then take your bath or shower as normal with the knowledge that you have bathed twice.

Do You Stand Out?

Standing out is not always easy.  We are so expected to conform and be like everyone else.  It saddens me to think about how we try to make our children fit into a mold.  That have to learn the same things as everyone else, we do not let them stand out.  For them to stand out they must buck the system which makes them an outcast in most societies.  My wish is for you to encourage creativity in your children.  Allow them to let life flow through them as they desire.

On the opposite side of that I want you to do the same.  Think back to when you realized that you had to fit in or give up on your dreams.  Instead of being saddened by that start driving towards those dreams now.  It is not to late the power is still in you take the inspiration from your children they will show you how to dream and imagine again.
