As a couples therapist I...I really like your post. As a couples therapist I'm always encouraging my clients to be creative in their approach to show love and affection. Many times we assume that our partner "knows" that we love him/her, but it's not always the case. It has to be expressed in some way, either via text, words or physical expression.
